So put your party shows on and grab a drink because it’s time to get this party started!
Before all your guests arrive we like to get the family on their own to take a few more photos together and especially some incredible Portrait photographs of the Mitzvah child.
While the adults head over to grab their drinks its always a great idea to have some entertainment ready for the kids.
Cocktail hour is a great time to leave out your sign in book or board so your guests can write you a message on your mitzvah day
Many families feel that the Mitzvah day happened so quickly that they may have missed out on some of their favorite Mitzvah details! After all, so much attention has gone into making everything perfect. We’ll focus on photographing every little detail of your Mitzvah Reception so you can see your décor untouched and the way your guests saw it when they first arrived.
Everyone has moved inside and you’re waiting eagerly outside for the MC to call your name and introduce you to the crowd. It’s time for you to make your Grande Entrance
And now for some Traditional Mitzvah Dancing
A Mitzvah isn’t a Mitzvah without the Traditional Chair Lift!
You’ll need to trust your guests.
While you’re up there, try not to think about how much they’ve already had to drink
A common misconception is that First Dances are for weddings. This is a great opportunity for a heartfelt moment between the Mitzvah child and a parent. This is an opportunity and a moment not to be missed!
Before we can really get the party going now is a good time for a break so your guests can catch their breath and freshen up.
Don’t forget your roots and the traditional Brachot over the wine and the challah
The Mitzvah Candle Lighting Ceremony is a wonderful opportunity to thank everyone who has come to celebrate with you, those that have made this night possible and to remember those that couldn’t be with you to celebrate.
Swap your heels for flats or flip flops and bust out your best moves alongside your guests. We know you’ll never forget your Mitzvah day, but photographs of the reception will allow you to relive every moment (and maybe even some you missed!). If you thought the kids could move, wait till you see what the adults get up to… because its Time to Dance the Night Away!
